Since we workout via Zoom, I'm able to do the exercises anywhere - at home, at the office or in a hotel room if I have to travel for work. In the past I would start a workout program and ultimately fall off but with Taylor, the workouts are manageable, consistent, and fun so I look forward to it! "I have been a client of Taylor’s since fall of 2020. Two years later and I continue to meet with Taylor once a week for 45 minutes over zoom. Taylor is so much more than a fitness coach, she is a part of my week that I genuinely look forward to. Taylor has opened my eyes to see exercise in a different way - a way that I can sustain for life. I used to believe that I couldn’t exercise unless I had a full hour of free time in my day. Taylor has shared with me effective workouts that only take 10 minutes. These workouts have been a life-savor as my weeks get busier. She wants to see every client improve and grow but she understands success means something different for everyone. These are all movements I struggled to complete before working with Taylor. Taylor will push you in the best way possible, she will challenge your body and you will learn about muscles that you didn’t even know existed. Taylor is a remarkable coach for reasons that go beyond expertise and knowledge. Her positive energy is contagious and she is genuinely someone you want to be around. She is everything you could want in a coach and a friend. I had never met Taylor prior to signing up for her virtual sessions, my only regret is not knowing her sooner.
