TRAINING PROGRAMS
Your training program is designed to fit your needs, your equipment you have access to, and your goals. With a video exercise library and video review of your movements you will be supported in all of your efforts. Each workout is recorded so that we can use your efforts to progress from week to week, and from month to month. We will have dedicated training blocks for short term focuses and long term goals.
1 On 1 Training Programs
Individualized programs designed to fit your specific goal. Full video exercise library, workout metrics and exercise history tracking, weekly check-ins, and monthly phone or video calls. Feedback within 48 hours of each workout.
8 Week Strength and Conditioning Programs
5 Day Training Program, with 1 active recovery day and 1 rest day. Full video exercise library, workout metrics and exercise history tracking. Access to weights necessary for this program.
5K, 10K, and 21K
5 Day Training Program, with 1 active recovery day and 1 rest day. Full video exercise library, workout metrics and exercise history tracking. Access to weights is not necessary for this program.
